Should H-F go trick-or-treating (TOT) this year?

The 19th Franciscan Health Classic golf outing will be held on Monday, Aug. 16, at  Olympia Fields County Club. The classic will salute Franciscan healthcare heroes while raising funds to benefit Franciscan’s Community Health and Wellness Fund.

“As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s classic shows our appreciation for our healthcare heroes, whose dedication, expertise and sacrifice led so many of our Southland neighbors through the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Laurie Crosby, Franciscan Health Foundation Executive Director.

The 2021 Classic will raise much-needed funds for Franciscan Health’s Community Health and Wellness Fund, serving those in the Southland who are the most vulnerable.

The Community Health and Wellness Fund provides support services, quality education and access to health care services for families who are:

  • Burdened by the high cost of living and facing the specter of homelessness.
  • Not eligible for nutrition programs, although their children are constantly food insecure.
  • Low income, but earn too much to qualify for government support.

Golf outing partnerships are available in many levels. All partners will be recognized for their support of Franciscan Healthcare Heroes, and for their support of the community at large.

For details on how to participate, call Laurie Crosby or Kelly Mager at 708-852-2430. Additional information is also available at FranciscanHealthFoundation.org/GolfClassic.
