D161 teachers connect with students daily during school shutdown

On Memorial Day, George Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police. Bystander videos of his death helped ignite world-wide protests of violence against Black and Brown people, and H-F was part of the movement, with at least five public protest events in the following weeks. Our July edition featured those moments when hundreds of H-F area residents came together peacefully to march and demand change.
