Homewood launches COVID-19 response through May 31

Voters in Homewood and Flossmoor overwhelmingly supported Joseph Biden in the Nov. 3 presidential election.

Homewood voters cast ballots for former vice president Biden by a margin of 8,395 to 1,895 over President Donald Trump. In Flossmoor, there were 5,730 votes for Biden versus 1,082 for Trump.

H-F area voters also gave strong support to a referendum that would have amended the Illinois Constitution so the state tax income could be raised above its current limit. In Homewood the margin in support of the referendum was 6,883 to 3 . . .
