Aurelio’s benefit Tuesday supports D153 trip

Early on Sunday evening, a 64-year-old man lost control of his vehicle and plunged it into Dolphin Lake, according to Homewood police.

Shortly after 6 p.m., the man was driving his red 2020 Ford Escape southbound on Governors Highway when he lost control and veered into the lake at 2700 183rd Street.

No one was injured, police said, and no citations were issued.

The vehicle was pulled from the water by A-Plus Towing.
