H-F HS mourns rapper Juice Wrld, dead at 21

Mark Cagle, a 14-year veteran of the Flossmoor Police Department, has been promoted to the position of patrol sergeant. Cagle was sworn into his new position at a ceremony during the Aug. 17 Flossmoor Village Board meeting.

Police Chief Tod Kamleiter told the board that Cagle’s promotion, which was effective on May 1, came following an extensive process that included a written examination, assessment center, supervisory review, and an oral interview conducted by the village’s Fire . . .
