Charlotte Kelly has been named the new principal for the 2019-2020 school year at Infant Jesus of Prague School in Flossmoor. She has been teaching at IJP School for 14 years, and currently is a fifth-grade teacher.

She has been teaching at IJP School for 14 years, and currently is a fifth-grade teacher.
Kelly has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Villanova University. Both are in elementary education. She is completing a doctorate degree in educational leadership in teaching and learning at Lewis University.
The Flossmoor resident said her leadership style uses collaboration, cooperation and communication.
She sees her role as principal to be a leader of the instructional programming and positive educational experiences for all students.
IJP School serves nearly 300 students in Pre-K3 through eighth grade programs.
