On Tuesday, April 16, students living within the Homewood-Flossmoor High School district boundaries can register for summer driver’s education.
Registration will be held in the North Building cafeteria from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Registration is open for students who have already completed the classroom requirement as well as for students who will be age 16 before Nov. 1, 2019, and need both classroom and behind-the-wheel sessions.
Driving time slots are limited, so participants will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must be residents of District 233 to register.
Driver education summer school begins Monday, June 3, and concludes Thursday, June 27. There is a $100 fee for behind-the-wheel instruction. The classroom fee is $75. Staff will accept cash, check or money order made out to HFHS, or credit card.
