H-F hosts Transition Resource Fair for students, young adults with disabilities

This weekend we're planning to go live with an update to the Chronicle website that we've been considering for some time. It's actually rather long overdue. If you view the Chronicle website on a desktop or laptop computer, you see information arranged in three columns, with news written by our reporters in the center, news from other sources and advertisements in the sidebars and in a banner at the top.It's a perfectly usable arrangement. However, if you view the Chronicle on a phone or pad, you see the same . . .

Summer events

Monday, July 4

  • Flossmoor Volunteer Fire Department kids parade, starting at 10 a.m. at Parker Junior High, ending in downtown Flossmoor.
  • Homewood 4th of July parade, staring at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church parking lot, 17951 Dixie Highway, south to Ridge Road, then east to Izaak Walton Nature Preserve, where there will be a community picnic.
