Irish tenor sings St. Patrick’s Day favorites

Gavin Coyle, a noted Irish tenor, will be giving a belated St. Patrick’s Day concert of Celtic songs and Irish ballads at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at St. Joseph Church, 17951 Dixie Highway in Homewood.

 

Gavin Coyle, a noted Irish tenor, will be giving a belated St. Patrick’s Day concert of Celtic songs and Irish ballads at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at St. Joseph Church, 17951 Dixie Highway in Homewood.
 
Coyle, a native of Derry, Northern Ireland, won a singing contest at age 14 and has been singing since. He moved to the U.S. in 1995 and has performed around the country.
 
The program is open to the public. A freewill offering is requested.
