Homewood police are investigating a report of shots fired at White Castle, 18250 S. Halsted St. early Saturday.
Police said the incident occurred shortly after 5:45 a.m. During an incident in the restaurant’s drive-thru lane, a man exited a vehicle and fired a gun. No injuries were reported.
The man then fled the scene in a black four-door vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen.
