Homewood woman abducted, released Wednesday

A woman, 19, was taken from her home in the 18200 block of Dolphin Lake Drive by force on Wednesday, Dec. 5, according to Homewood police. She was later released unharmed and was able to make her way back home.Police responded at 12:28 p.m. to the report of a home invasion and learned that a 19-year-old man who is known to the victim allegedly had forced his way into the home, displayed a weapon and forced the woman to leave with him.Homewood police continue to investigate the incident and urge anyone with information to . . .
