Homewood trustees will consider a measure Tuesday to seek additional bidders on a project to redevelop the site on the southwest corner of Ridge Road and Martin Avenue.The building at 2033 Ridge Road, commonly referred to as the Triumph Building, was purchased last year by the village for the purpose of finding a developer to construct a mixed-use building there.The village has one bidder, HCF Homewood LLC.   • Homewood Fall Fest and Chili Cook-off, noon to 9 p.m. Chili tasting is open to the public for a donation from 3 to 5 p.m. Three live music performances, plus horse-drawn wagon rides, a pumpkin patch, crafts and other activities.
