Homewood police offering unpaid ticket amnesty program

A one-time amnesty program for unpaid and overdue parking, red light and local ordinance citations will be offered in Homewood, the police department announced this week.The program allows a 50 percent reduction of fines for citations if they’re paid in full before Nov. 30, when the offer expires.
