Kids enjoy farm fun at Patriots Park

Homewood police have released some details about the shooting that took place on Feb. 20. Deputy Chief Denise McGrath said police believe the shooting, which damaged a home on the 1400 block of Willow Road, was not random. She declined to offer further details on the basis that it could compromise the investigation. When officers responded to the home around 8:34 p.m., they found damage to a front window that appeared to have been caused by a gunshot impact.
