Flossmoor police Friday responded to a report of shots being fired in a residential neighborhood. According to a community alert posted on Sept. 28, two shots were fired at about 2:40 p.m. at the intersection of Wallace Drive and Park Drive. Police said the incident took place following a confrontation between several individuals. Witnesses provided details to police. One individual then brandished a weapon and fired two shots, police said.  All individuals then left the scene in two vehicles.
