‘Vote No’ home rule forum March 4

The Vote No Home Rule Homewood committee is organizing a 2 p.m. March 4 forum on home rule at St. Paul Community Church, 18200 Dixie Highway in Homewood. Organizers say speakers will outline the negative impact of home rule.
