A 52-year-old woman was killed when struck by a Metra Electric Line train at Homewood station Tuesday evening, according to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times. Metra officials said train No. 603 was out of service and was not carrying passengers when the pedestrian was struck.In the hours following the incident, trains were not stopping . . .
