Homewood police are seeking information about a hit-and-run accident Wednesday evening involving a pickup truck and a bicycle.
The accident occurred about 8:15 p.m. on 183rd Street near Western Avenue. A bicyclist traveling westbound was struck by the pickup truck, which left the scene headed westbound.
The truck was described as a light colored, two-door Ford F-150. The mirror on the passenger side is missing.
The cyclist was transported to the hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries, police said.
