Artists performing Oct. 14 in domestic violence benefit

Artists from the South Suburbs will be performing Oct. 14 in “eNOugh: Arts Against Abuse,” a program of original dance, theatre, song, poetry and spoken word. The presentation is at 8 p.m. at The Drama Group’s Milord Studio Theatre 330 W. 202nd Street in Chicago Heights. Admission is $15. The artists’ program marks October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Proceeds will benefit programs to prevent domestic violence and support domestic violence victims.  Organizer Kaleigh Michelle Wood, a south suburban artist, musician and teacher, will use proceeds from the event to help cover her goal . . .
