U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly, D-Ill., is convening an issues-focused hearing on Monday, Aug. 14, aimed at strengthening the debate on healthcare reform. The non-partisan Congressional field inquiry will be conducted from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse, 219 S. Dearborn St. in Chicago in Room 2525. Kelly, who represents Homewood and Flossmoor in Congress, said constituents and stakeholders will be able to ask questions of panel members and discuss how the health care needs of Illinois families can be met.
