The Cook County Farm Bureau is sharing a message about agriculture with young readers through a “book barn” program at Culver’s Restaurant, 850 W. 183rd St. in Homewood. The book barn is filled with books that bring agricultural learning to a child’s perspective, while teaching kids where the food they are enjoying comes from. It is part of a Culver’s national initiative.
