The Homewood Public Library’s “Acoustic After Hours” program will feature musician Phillip-Michael Scales performing in a free program from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17. The songwriter won an International Songwriting Award in 2013. His music crosses folk and soul through catchy melodies. He is the nephew of legendary blues guitarist B.B.
