Garden walk June 25 to benefit two local charities

The seventh annual Southland Community Garden Walk, sponsored by the National Council of Jewish Women South Cook Section, will take place from 10 a.m.  to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 25.

Six gardens will be featured in Flossmoor, Homewood and Olympia Fields. Garden experts will be available in each. 

Advance tickets are $20 and can be purchased at three Homewood locations: Art4Soul, 18135 Harwood Ave.; Beans and Greens, 1941 Ridge Road; and Ebels Ace Hardware, 18410 Governors Highway.

Tickets will cost $25 on the day of the walk and can be purchased at Goldberg Park, 3301 Flossmoor Road in Flossmoor.
