Free introductory Pilates session Saturday at racquet club

Residents continued to raise issues that many say are limiting their trust in the District 233 school board serving Homewood-Flossmoor High School. At the Aug. 15 board meeting, Board President Steve Anderson promised the audience of about 75 people that he and Superintendent Von Mansfield have been working during the summer on how best to engage the community through a strategic planning process, but it did little to settle issues that many said have been festering since the April school board election.  Audience members argued the board is not being transparent. Several speakers questioned newly . . .
