Flossmoor Community Church hosts the Wooster Chorus on March 16

The Wooster Chorus, an ensemble of 70 student musicians from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 16, at Flossmoor Community Church, 847 Hutchinson Rd., as part of the group’s 53rd annual spring tour. The chorus will present “Resolution,” an eclectic program of choral music that examines a journey of personal and communal resolve. The program features the music of contemporary composers in a survey spanning the whimsical to the sublime. Pieces will include “Ave Maria” by Biebel, as well as the premiere of Jake Runestad’s “Please Stay.”  . . .
