The owners of Raj's Food & Liquor will return to the Homewood Board of Trustees at its Tuesday, Dec. 13, meeting to seek support for a liquor license request. The Kaur family, which operates a liquor store in Glenwood, hopes to open a liquor store with a sandwich shop where United Liquors currently operates at 17532 Dixie Highway.The company was unable to obtain the board's support at the Nov. 8 meeting when its request for a license did not receive a motion from the board. Board members said they were not satisfied with the company . . .
