Homewood mayor dons Cubs jersey to settle friendly Series bet

Cubs star Ben Zobrist's clutch hit in Game 7 of the World Series on Tuesday sealed the fate of the Cleveland Indians — and Homewood Mayor Richard Hofeld.With the Cubs' victory, Hofeld, a lifelong White Sox fan, lost a bet with Village Manager Jim Marino, a devoted Cubs fan. The result?
