Ingalls Health System is planning a merger with the University of Chicago Medical Center. Ingalls Hospital in Harvey has been an independent community hospital for 92 years.
Rep. Will Davis, D-Homewood, invites the community to give testimony on the proposed merger at a community meeting from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, at Gloria Taylor Banquet Hall, 14821 Broadway in Harvey.
