Audrey and Eli Goldsmith of Hazel Crest prepare a snowcone for a customer Saturday, July 23, at the Homewood Farmers Market. They said the hot, sticky weather helped their sales. The two were at the market with their mother, Toya Goldsmith. The proceeds from snowcone sales will be used to fund family trips to national parks.
