The District 233 school board will meet in special session Thursday, July 14, to interviewing five of the 12 candidates interested in filling a vacancy on the school board serving Homewood-Flossmoor High School.
Interviews with the finalists – selected from seven Flossmoor and five Homewood residents – will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the high school. The interviews will be closed to the public.
The person selected will fill a position previously held by David Mayer who resigned June 22 after the board decided to buy out the contract of H-F principal . . .
