District 153 approves interactive learning system for Hart School

Homewood-Flossmoor High School students will present “The Laramie Project” April 28, 29 and 30 as the final play of the 2015-16 season.

The play will be presented at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 28, 29 and 30, at the H-F Mall Auditorium, 999 Kedzie Ave., Flossmoor.

The play was written after the authors conducted more than 200 interviews with the people of Laramie, Wyo. about the 1998 incident in Laramie, Wyo. that led to the death of Matthew Shepard. The 21-year-old, a victim of a hate crime, was kidnapped, beaten and left to die.
