Lacrosse, H-F’s newest sport, has a coach with a passion

A Hazel Crest man was arrested shortly after 6 p.m. Friday after Homewood police received reports of a man looking into cars at McDonald’s restaurant at 3132 183rd St.

Terry Dingle, 25, of the 18100 block of Kedzie, was charged with illegal possession of ammunition and resisting a peace officer, according to a Homewood police report.

Dingle allegedly possessed a shotgun shell and a magazine containing 29 rounds of ammunition. Police report that Dingle’s firearm owners identification card was revoked.
