Potbelly Sandwich Shop will officially open its doors at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, but the new Homewood location will have a "soft" opening Monday that will benefit Homewood-Flossmoor High School.The Potbelly "Oven Warming Party" will have two sessions, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.For a $5 cash donation, patrons will receive a sandwich, chips and drink, according to Antonio Altamirano, a member of the restaurant's management team.
