Governors State University is hosting an Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative Diverse Business Opportunity Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, in the university’s Center for the Performing Arts.
The session is geared to minority, women, disabled, veteran and small business owners that want to do business with State of Illinois Public Universities. They will meet Illinois university buyers; learn about procurement opportunities; how to become certified as a diverse vendor with the state; and how to register with the Illinois Procurement Gateway and Higher Education Procurement Bulletin.
