The village of Homewood is seeking another another downtown property with the hope of selling it to a developer.
Homewood trustees will consider a measure Tuesday, Jan. 13, to purchase 18138 Dixie Highway, formerly Savoia T’Go Restaurant for $151,700. Money for the purchase would come from the fund balance in the general fund, according to Village Manager Jim Marino.
