Chicago Heights woman charged with child endangerment

A Chicago man was arrested in Homewood Tuesday, Nov. 25, after Homewood police stopped him in the 3100 block of 183rd Street because the license plate on the vehicle he was driving was obscured by snow, ice and a portion of the plate holder.

Isaac Roberson, 63, of the 1300 block of S. Central Park Ave., was charged with having an obscured license plate, with operating a motor vehicle with no proof of insurance and with felony driving with a revoked or suspended drivers license. Police learned during the stop that Roberson had 10 prior arrests for driving with a revoked or suspended license.
