A Chicago Heights woman was charged Tuesday, Nov. 25, with child endangerment after allegedly leaving two children in a vehicle parked at a Homewood store.
Police were notified shortly before 7 p.m. that one or more children were in a vehicle in the 17800 block of Halsted Street. On arrival, they found two children unattended, according to the police report.
Ebonie Weaver, 25, was subsequently charged in the incident, police said.
