Old time radio revisited at March 22 Homewood Library program

March 14, 2015 - 17:35

Take time to relive the live performances of radio programs from the 20th century when the Friends of the Homewood Library present a 2 p.m. show March 22 by Those Were the Days Radio Players at Homewood Public Library.

This group uses original music and scripts from radio plays that were family entertainment before there was television. The audience will get to see how sound effects are done helping listeners believe they’re hearing a story from a dusty ranch or a sinking ship.
