The Bank of America Chicago Marathon lottery may be closed, but Glenwood Academy currently has spots available to run the 2022 event. Runners can put their name on the academy’s “Glenwood Gazelles” list through Jan. 30.
The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is set for Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022. It is considered the pinnacle of achievement for elite athletes and everyday runners.
Joining the Glenwood Academy team guarantees a spot in the Chicago Marathon with a waiver for the $230 registration fee. Runners also get a discounted training program with virtual and group options available, fundraising tips and support throughout training and a special prize for the top fundraiser.
Runners are asked to raise a minimum of $1,750 for the Glenwood Gazelles Team, with all money raised going to Glenwood Academy. To register, please contact Nora Sheahan at [email protected]
