Homewood Marketing Director Jennifer Quirke will introduce this year’s marketing campaign at the Board of Trustees meeting Tuesday.
Last year’s “Think Homewood” campaign, which employed comic-style messages about the village’s desireability, attracted nationwide media attention.
In other business, the board will consider a resolution authorizing this year’s street resurfacing plan. There will be a separate resolution for a resurfacing project on 175th Street east of Ashland Avenue.

- A budget amendment and bid waiver for an emergency storm sewer repair on Ashland Avenue.
- A resolution in support of a state transportation capital bill that could help Metra upgrade its equipment and infrastructure.
- The annual report of the village Economic Development Committee.
- A resolution adopting the 2019 village zoning map.
The Board of Trustees meets at 7:30 p.m. in village hall, 2020 Chestnut Road.
